"I have a Mitsubishi ASX and a Pixel 2 and it's working perfectly, so much easier than a log book and that sort of stuff. The first one I got would connect and disconnect from Bluetooth at random and after following the troubleshooting tips I didn't have any luck so I emailed the company. "I’ve been using this for the past month. It has worked flawlessly with my ‘11 Mini Cooper S and Apple iPhone. It automatically establishes a connection and starts recording trip information without any intervention from me. The little Velcro dot to secure the Ray on top of the dash was a bit rubbish, and I ended up wedging the unit into the bottom corner where the dash meets the windscreen. Actually, I prefer this - still in my line of sight but tucked out of the way. My driving behaviour has changed, I’m more relaxed on the road even in heavy Sydney traffic. It’s all about smooth acceleration and braking now, rather than racing to stay in front all the time. Fuel economy has definitely improved and i love having the reminders for checking tire pressure, tire rotation, tire tread, rego and insurance etc. Looking forward to seeing how future car service and maintenance quotes will compare to my usual garage. "I ordered my gofar on Tuesday night and it arrived on Thursday morning, it tool me about 10 minutes to install in my VE commodore SV6 and about 15 minutes to calibrate because I kept getting green lights so it took a bit longer to get the 10 full 10 second stops in. I am making a point of using it whenever I drive any where and I haven't had any problems at all, the Bluetooth connects as soon as I turn the ignition on which is great and it's giving me the information I want. "As a fellow Australian, I am proud to be supporting the locally developed GoFar. I just received mine, and I had no issues connecting it to my car, a 2009 J32 Nissan Maxima. I used ODB2 dongles in the past, and found they weren't 100% reliable for tracking efficiency as they need a constant connection to my phone. I bought this, as my brother pointed out I'm a bit heavy on the accelerator and brake, and I need to improve my fuel usage. I saw an ad for Gofar, so I decided to buy one during last month's special.
